This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through BELLORIN, operated by MATHEUS HOLDINGS LLC.

1. General Refund Policy

BELLORIN sells products shipped directly from China through third-party suppliers. We do not accept physical product returns at our facilities. When a refund is approved, the customer is not required to ship the product back.

Depending on the circumstances, we may approve a refund for a damaged product, an incorrect item, an order that has not been delivered within the maximum stated delivery period, or a product dissatisfaction complaint submitted within the applicable period with a photograph of the product.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer's country or state of residence.

2. Refund Request Period

Customers should contact support@bellorinofficial.com within 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund under this policy.

For orders that have not been delivered, customers may contact us after the maximum estimated delivery period of 16 business days following shipment has elapsed. We will review the order's tracking information and delivery status before deciding whether to approve a refund.

Mandatory statutory rights, including the European Union's applicable 14-day withdrawal right, remain unaffected by this 30-day policy.

3. Eligible Reasons for a Refund

A refund request may be considered in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged product: The product arrives damaged or defective. The customer should provide photographs clearly showing the damage.

2. Incorrect item: The product received does not correspond to the item ordered. Photographs of the received item may be requested.

3. Non-delivery: The order has not been delivered after the maximum estimated delivery period of 16 business days following shipment. We may review tracking information and other relevant shipping records.

4. Product dissatisfaction: The customer reports dissatisfaction within 30 calendar days of delivery and provides a photograph of the product, together with a description of the concern.

Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@bellorinofficial.com within the applicable period.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number.

• The email address used to place the order.

• A description of the issue.

• Photographs of the product when the request concerns damage, an incorrect item, or product dissatisfaction.

• Any relevant delivery or tracking information for a non-delivery claim.

Our support team may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

5. No Physical Return Required

BELLORIN does not require customers to physically return products when a refund is approved under this policy.

After approval, the customer may keep or discard the product, as appropriate. No shipment back to BELLORIN or its supplier is required for an approved refund under this policy.

Customers should not send products to the company's registered business address. That address is provided for business identification and legal correspondence, not for product returns.

This procedure does not remove any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, BELLORIN will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds generally take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement after processing. The actual posting time may depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, card network, or financial institution.

The transaction may appear on the customer's card statement under the name BELLORIN.

If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, the customer should contact support@bellorinofficial.com and may also check with their payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the following items are not eligible for a voluntary refund under this policy:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Personal hygiene products with a broken or removed hygiene seal.

These exclusions do not override mandatory statutory rights, including applicable rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

8. European Union Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to support@bellorinofficial.com within the applicable period. The consumer may also use the withdrawal form included below.

BELLORIN does not require physical return of the product under its stated return procedure. This operational arrangement does not remove any refund obligations or other mandatory remedies imposed by applicable consumer law.

Exceptions to the statutory withdrawal right may apply, including certain personalized goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal requirements for the exception are satisfied.

The customer may submit this form by email. Physical return of the product is not required under BELLORIN's stated return procedure.

9. German Consumer Withdrawal Instructions (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Widerrufsrecht

Verbraucher haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, soweit kein gesetzlicher Ausnahmetatbestand greift.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs werden die geleisteten Zahlungen nach Maßgabe der anwendbaren gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstattet. Die Erstattung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt wurde, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

BELLORIN verlangt im Rahmen seines angegebenen Rückerstattungsverfahrens keine physische Rücksendung der Ware. Nach Genehmigung der Rückerstattung kann der Verbraucher die Ware behalten oder entsorgen. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte und Pflichten bleiben unberührt.

Das Widerrufsrecht kann für Waren ausgeschlossen sein, für die eine gesetzliche Ausnahme gilt, insbesondere für nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigte Waren und versiegelte Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn ihre Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde und die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind.
